Support for Students with Learning Disabilities
All of our services, like academic tutoring or school admissions help, are available for students with learning disabilities, attention disorders, or any other issue affecting their learning. This is HomeWork Therapy®, although it does not have to be focused on homework per se; for example, it can be focused on test preparation or essay writing. In these sessions we help students complete assignments with which they are having trouble, and we simultaneously remediate problems so that students may generalize the benefits of our sessions. We also offer Neuropsychological and Educational Evaluations to identify learning disabilities, attention disorders and other developmental issues in order to formulate a learning plan for each student and to identify necessary academic accommodations.
Who is it for?
Any student who is having trouble learning and performing because of a learning disability, attention disorder or other psychological issue such as anxiety or depression can benefit from this experience.
